  • Cheil Worldwide is a marketing company under the Samsung Group that offers advertising, public relations, shopper marketing, sports marketing, digital marketing, etc. It was established in 1973 with headquarters in Seoul, South Korea.

  • E3 (Worldwide Energy Events Experts) specialize in organizing and managing energy-related conferences, seminars, workshops, and other events on a global scale. They have a deep understanding of the energy industry, including the latest trends, technologies, and policies. They use this knowledge to bring together experts, thought leaders, and decision-makers from around the world to share their insights and collaborate on solutions.

    As a graphic designer for an energy events based digital and marketing agency, my job responsibilities included the below:

    • Created a wide range of graphics and layouts for award design, logos, and websites with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, XD etc.

    • Conceptualized and created social media posts, digital newsletters, presentations, and printed onsite material such as brochures, exhibition stands, and venue branding.

    • Worked closely with the marketing director and a design team to conceptualize marketing collaterals

    • Collaborated with clients and project managers to understand design requirements, objectives, and deadlines.

    • Conducted research and analyzed design trends to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.

    • Managed multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery.

    • Reviewed and edited designs to ensure high quality, consistency, and accuracy.

    • Created and maintained design templates, style guides, and branding guidelines.

    • Prepared and presented design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.

    • Developed and maintained relationships with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.

    • Managed and organized digital asset libraries and archives to facilitate easy retrieval and reuse of design assets.

    • Maintained knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design software updates to stay current and relevant in the field.

  • My role and responsibilities were as follows;

    • Responsible for social media posts and print advertisements promoting Public eye and Red Beat

    • Responsible for the video production and editing which will be posted on the IGTV feature on Instagram

    • In charge of taking virtual and in-person Adobe Creative Cloud workshops if permitted by the faculty

    • To make sure the brand theme is consistent throughout all platforms.

    • Help out the club members with technical support

    •Overseeing production schedules and editorial calendars

  • • Collaborated with the marketing team to develop and implement visual designs for virtual promotional materials such as social media graphics, email campaigns, and website assets

    • Conceptualized and executed visual designs for the virtual event platform, including banners, backgrounds, and other graphics

    • Created and maintained a consistent brand identity across all virtual materials

    • Worked closely with the event planning team to ensure that all design deliverables were aligned with the virtual event theme and goals

    • Produced and edited video and photo content for use in virtual marketing and event materials

    • Maintained a digital asset library of design materials for the virtual event

    • Coordinated with external vendors such as digital platform providers and videographers to ensure high-quality production of all design materials

    • Assisted with virtual setup and management of event signage and graphics within the event platform

    • Reviewed and provided feedback on designs produced by other team members, particularly those that were being used in the virtual environment.

  • • Designed a brand identity for Ajman HRD.

    • Visualized and created social media calendar and posts promoting Ajman HRD’s platform.

  • With over 150 countries represented, it is the world’s largest and most influential energy event covering all aspects of the energy agenda. Running since 1924, the triennial World Energy Congress enables dialogue amongst Ministers, CEOs, policy-makers and industry practitioners on critical developments in the energy sector.

    As a graphic design intern, I was responsible for the below tasks;

    • Collaborating with the design team to develop visual concepts for various event collateral including but not limited to brochures, flyers, invitations, posters, digital and print ads, and social media graphics.

    • Adhering to established design guidelines and specifications and incorporating feedback from the design team and clients to refine designs.

    • Creating visual assets, including custom icons, graphics, illustrations, and infographics for use in event materials.

    • Assisting in the development of branding materials, such as logos, banners, and signage.

    • Preparing print and digital files for production, ensuring that they are of high quality and meet production specifications.

    • Maintaining the event's design files, including digital assets and style guides.

    • Ensuring that all designs are consistent with the event's brand and style guidelines.

    • Collaborating with other teams to ensure that all event materials are produced on schedule and delivered to the appropriate parties.

    • Assisting with the set-up and display of event materials on-site, as needed.

    • Staying up-to-date with design trends, software, and tools to ensure the work is innovative and cutting-edge.

    • Participating in other design-related tasks as needed.
